Please include your account email address in your request. We will process your deletion request within 30 days as required by data protection regulations.
What Happens After You Request Deletion
Once we receive your deletion request:
We will verify your identity based on the same email address used in your inquiry matching the account holder's email
We will permanently delete your account and all associated data from our systems
We will confirm deletion via email (if email address is provided)
Deletion is typically completed within 30 days
Data Retention
Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes (e.g., transaction records for subscription billing) as required by law. However, all personal data and user content will be permanently deleted from our systems.
⚠️ Third-Party Data Retention
Important: After account deletion, some data may still be stored by third-party service providers according to their own data retention policies. Specifically:
OpenAI: Conversation data sent to OpenAI for AI processing may be retained by OpenAI according to their data retention policy. OpenAI states that they do not use data submitted via API to train their models, but data may be stored for abuse monitoring and service improvement purposes for up to 30 days.
We do not control third-party data retention policies. If you wish to request deletion of your data from third-party services, you may need to contact them directly. However, since we do not send personally identifiable information (PII) to OpenAI, and conversation data is processed anonymously, individual data deletion requests may not be possible.
Your Account Rights
You have the right to:
Access your personal data
Delete individual conversations, chats, and calendar events directly from the app
Request deletion of all your data or your account
Update your account information
Manage your subscription
Export your data (contact us to request)
Deleting Individual Data Items
You can delete individual data items without deleting your account:
Conversations/Chats: Delete individual chats from Chat History or Screenshot Grid. Chats are automatically deleted after the 15th item in the grid list, and you can also delete them manually at any time.
Calendar Events: Scheduled dates are automatically deleted 1 day after the current date (meaning after the date has passed). You can also delete scheduled dates manually at any time from the Calendar page.

Subscription Management
To manage or cancel your subscription:
